I'm gettro Chad L. Guillermo of bs. crim 3a. Our government import different goods because there are shortage in the supply of our local goods but the demand is so high. Instead of banning the importation we must control the number of imported goods so that our local goods and imported goods will have a fair competition.

Im Jenifer Solis of BAMC 2-C. Importation of goods has been part of our lives for a very long time. Nations import goods so they can get resources that they cant obtain from their own country,so for me its No,cause it also bring good partnership with other countries.

I'm Mariz Tolentino from BAMC II-C. We import goods from other country because were not self-sufficient. If we ban, importation of goods, there will be a possibility that they will also ban exportation of goods. There will be a big effect in our economy if this scenario happen.

I'm John Benedict Fabian from BAMC II-C.i my own opinion we should not ban the importation of goods. one of my reasons is that banning imported goods will make a bad impression for our trading partners. and since we also export our goods they may not accept the products we will be trading.

i am katrina adriano from bamc 2c, i agree with mariz tolentino. we should not ban the importation. we can't support ourselves without the help of others. since the beginning, we grew up trading goods. because if we ban the importation of our products, they will stop importing their products too, and also, importing and as well as exporting will help us to achieve a good economical status.

im daisy jean panta from BAMC 2-C, well for me, it's ok to ban the importation of goods as long as we can provide enough supply of goods on our own. but in our state, i guess, banning importation of goods is not a good idea...

i am julie ann santos of BAMC II-C. for me, it's a NO.. because partnership and dealing with other country is one of the best way to improve our economy. and some ideas of making local goods came from other countries. then it will surely affect our economy.

banning of importation of goods is not a good idea at of press-time, because we haven't sufficient enough in order to supply the demand in the market, maybe in the future we can but at this moment its absurd because we must first try to emancipate the rapid growth in population, because as we all know the more demand needed more supply must be produce.

Antonio Dizon. Philippine economy has always been import dependent, export oriented. that kills the economy, we are always dependent on foreign countries to survive, the problem can been seen as to the extent that the Philippines is not doing any effort to modernize the agriculture. Economic dependency on foreign imports will not be change unless we nullify unfair trade treaties such as JPEPA and GATT-WTO

Hi! We should do such kind of thing. If we do so,it will be risky to the state of the country specially to the Filipino people themselves. To top it all,Philippines may have a superb natural resources but it lacks of proper management. Therefore we should not take the risk of banning importing goods. If we talk of general welfare, worldwide trading is an important fact to be considered.Hence, its one step to globalization. OFF TOPICKayo po ba si Sir lemuel? Nacucurious lang po ako dyan sa avatar nyo.. hmm. Ano po ba yan? PC game po ba yan?

just try to observe the situation we have right now, supply are very minimal, demand are very high, population growth is at stake how can we support the market if we don't import such goods that are necessary,, although we have all the raw materials but the production and the development of such product is at risk,, mismanagement of that asset we have is the main source of problem..

Good Day , Ma.Amadelle Enriquez here from BAMC 2-C broadcasting. Banning of importation of goods can also effect on exchanging goods of our local to other countries.. just like a ball ,if you don't bounce it on the wall it won't be bounce back to you same as importing..They also relay and managing on their locals to export in here so when we close the doors for them ,then the effects is vice versa. But then increasing the local goods are better but balancing on both sides won't hurt much.

let us not view the situation as if we are making a lot of profits through exportation. let us concede to the fact, that even if we do exportation, it is still not the answer to economic progress. and the thing is, exporting goods from other countries, offers, Internationale relationship through trading, which is a good thing to maintain, since we all know that as of the moment we are very needing, the supremacy of other countries, in protecting our claims in Spratly's Island. I rest my case.
