too much agenda for the arroyo's:
1. charter change.
2. avoid accountability for the many crimes committted.
3. to get political leverage.
& 4. to be feature in ripleys believe it or not.

1 looks viable.
2 their crimes are punishable by more than 6 years imprisonment so parliamentary immunity won't apply.
3 looks viable too considering their constituency.
4 is the primary focus. lol
